🚀 Your mission as the Junior BI Engineer!

You will be instrumental in leveraging data to enhance the gaming experience for our global user base. By fueling/delivering data to insightful reports and dashboards, the Junior BI Engineer will support data-driven decision-making across various departments. This role aims to optimize our platform’s performance, improve user engagement, and drive business growth through actionable insights.


You will be working on:

  • CSGORoll: the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform targeted towards CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations.

  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the data warehouse.

  • Support data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks.

  • Collaborate with IT to ensure data security and integrity.

  • Work closely with product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to existing BI processes and tools.

Job requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BI, data analysis, or related role.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database querying.

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
