⚡ Your Mission as a Affiliate Manager:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to expand our partner network and drive sustainable growth across our gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate will blend relationship management expertise with data analytics to build and nurture high-value partnerships while optimisng affiliate performance through innovative promotional strategies.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

• HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
  

You will:

• Develop and execute strategic affiliate recruitment campaigns to expand our partner network

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates through regular communication and support

• Create compelling promotional materials and custom offers to drive affiliate engagement

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize commission structures

• Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve affiliate landing pages and overall acquisition campaigns delivered through the affiliate network

• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners

• Identify and onboard new high-potential affiliates across relevant gaming communities

• Analyse competitor affiliate programs to ensure market competitiveness

• Implement fraud prevention measures and maintain program integrity

• Coordinate with marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader campaigns

• Prepare performance reports and present insights to stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement through data driven decision making

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• 2-4+ years of experience in affiliate management/marketing in iGaming

• Proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics and attribution models

• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and conversion optimisation is a plus

• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools

• Excellent relationship management and networking skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights

• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills across all channels

• Experience in the gaming industry, particularly CS2 or skin trading (highly advantageous)

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
