We're establishing a new in-house Creative Studio that will serve as the visual and conceptual engine for all our brands. Your Creative Direction Mission
As Art Director, you'll be the visual mastermind behind campaigns that turn heads, spark conversations, and strengthen our brand position in the gaming universe. You'll help establish our Creative Studio as an industry trendsetter that constantly pushes boundaries and creates memorable brand moments.
What You'll Create
Breakthrough social media content that stops the scroll and drives engagement
Innovative brand activations that bring our digital experiences into the physical world
Eye-catching event concepts that become the talk of the gaming community
Scroll-stopping ad campaigns that blend creativity with conversion
Visual identity systems that flexibly support our growing ecosystem of brands

Job requirements
Who You Are
A visual storyteller with 5+ years of creative experience, including at least 3 years in an Art Director or Senior Designer role
Someone with a portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, visual innovation, and brand building
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in motion design, photography direction, and digital/social content creation
A leader who can mentor junior designers while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
Experienced in fast-paced environments where you've created high-volume, high-quality creative output
Ideally, you have previous experience in advertising and creative agencies, gaming, entertainment, web3/crypto, or youth culture brands
A creative who isn't afraid to take risks and challenge conventional thinking
