Job description

We’re looking for a BI Lead to help level up our Product & Marketing Analytics, support the team and make sure data isn’t just collected, it drives action.

You will be working on:

  • CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

  • HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyse Product & Marketing Data to uncover trends, insights and opportunities.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma (or similar BI tools).

  • Develop predictive models to support business decision-making.

  • Gather BI & business requirements, define roadmaps and prioritise initiatives.

  • Lead analytics projects end-to-end, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

  • Work on analytics beyond Product and Marketing as needed to support the business.

  • Mentor, support and lead a small established team while remaining hands-on with analysis and core BI tasks.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • Comfortable mentoring team members and working collaboratively across all departments to gather business requirements.

  • Proven experience in BI, Business Analysis and Marketing/Product analytics.

  • Strong skills in dashboarding, reporting and data visualization (Sigma or similar).

  • Experience with predictive modeling and data analysis.

  • Hands-on, proactive and able to balance strategy with execution.

  • Experience in gaming, iGaming, or tech-driven consumer products, is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is advantageous.
