As the Casino Manager, you will own the end to end casino offering within our platform, acting as the central authority for everything related to casino games, performance, and player experience. You will be responsible for selecting and managing game providers, overseeing all game integrations, and ensuring a stable, engaging and commercially optimized casino product across multiple GEOs.

You will play a critical role in shaping how players discover, engage with and return to the casino, balancing player satisfaction, regulatory compliance and sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

• Select, onboard and manage casino game providers, slots, live casino, instant/crash games, originals

• Own all game integrations end to end end, technical readiness, testing, go-live, monitoring

• Define and improve casino UI/UX flows, lobby structure, filters, search, game discovery

• Use data to drive product decisions, content prioritisation and UI changes

• Work closely with platform, backend and QA teams to ensure stable integrations

• Maintain provider relationships and negotiate commercial terms and revenue shares

• Define, track and optimise casino KPIs

• Manage RTP settings, volatility and risk exposure

• Define casino game availability per GEO based on regulation, performance and player preferences

• Ensure compliance with regional restrictions and provider limitations

• Identify and mitigate risks related to bonus abuse, arbitrage, and high-volatility games

• Act as the main point of ownership for the casino product across teams

• Align casino roadmap with broader company strategy

Who you are:

• Strong experience in crypto iGaming casino operations.

• Hands on experience managing game providers and integrations.

• Deep understanding of: RTP, volatility, and casino math, slots, live casino and instant games.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using casino KPIs.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience working with multiple GEOs and currencies.
