⚡ Your Mission as Chief Financial Officer:

You'll be the financial mastermind of our gaming empire. You'll oversee and strategize financial operations across all entities, ensuring stability and growth. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating closely with other senior leaders, you'll drive financial decisions that propel Ancient Gaming to new heights in the dynamic gaming industry.

You will be working on:

CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

• Lead restructuring efforts with the Legal team to optimize financial performance for the wider group.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize tax efficiency across all business entities and jurisdictions.

• Oversee all financial activities, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

• Ensure all financial audits are current and compliant with local and international standards.

• Manage cash reserves efficiently to maximize returns and implement cost control measures.

• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company’s stability and sustainability.

• Monitor viable acquisition targets and present M&A opportunities to the Executive team.

• Advise the CEO and Executive team on strategic financial decisions, including corporate governance and long-term financial planning.

• Drive the company’s growth with innovative financial strategies that enhance profitability and long-term success.

• Set up and lead a finance department, transitioning external accounting functions in-house.

• Collaborate with the CEO, board, and executive team to set, present, and manage financial forecasts and budgets.

• Deliver clear, insightful financial reports to business partners, stakeholders, the board, and the CEO.

• Review current supplier contracts and implement standards for future agreements.

• Oversee PSPs, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency solutions for efficient and secure transaction processing.

• Regularly monitor and reconcile payment transactions to prevent discrepancies.

• Implement robust systems to detect and prevent fraud.

• Manage relationships with PSPs, banks, and card networks, negotiating favourable terms.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• Experienced with at least 3 years as a CFO.
  

• Familiar with reporting for various jurisdictions.

• Knowledgeable about digital e-commerce systems.

• Passionate and self-driven.

• Curious about the cutting edge of electronic money.

• Comfortable with fully remote work setups.

• A creative and out-of-the-box thinker.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• An excellent communicator.

It would be advantageous if you possess:

• Experience with company setup and management in Gibraltar, Malta, Cyprus, Isle of Man, and Curacao.

• M&A experience.

• Recent experience in iGaming.

• Experienced with Crypto transactions.
