⚡ Your Mission as Customer Retention Manager:

We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Retention Manager to drive player engagement and loyalty across our industry-leading brands. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with tactical execution to deliver measurable retention results, implementing sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies that keep our players actively engaged with our innovative gaming experiences.

You will be working on:

  • CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

  • HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.

You will:

  • Execute comprehensive retention strategies and lifecycle programs across player segments.

  • Build and deliver targeted retention campaigns through Optimove across multiple channels.

  • Design and implement VIP engagement initiatives to maximize player lifetime value.

  • Create and optimize reactivation campaigns for dormant players.

  • Track, analyze, and report on retention metrics and player behavior.

  • Implement A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to retention strategy development based on data insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention initiatives with broader company objectives.

Job requirements

You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing or CRM.

  • iGaming industry experience.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Optimove experience is a plus).

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.

  • Proven track record in campaign execution and optimization.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.

  • Results-driven mindset with focus on meeting retention targets.
