🚀 Your mission as the BI and Platform Integration Director!

As the Director of BI and Platform Integration, you will lead the development and execution of our data analytics and business intelligence strategy. This role also involves implementing AI models, among others, and integrating these with both internal and external platforms. You will ensure that our BI systems align seamlessly with third-party systems such as CRMs and affiliate platforms, as well as our own platform, to enhance business operations and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team focused on building and managing a robust data stack while ensuring that our data and platform integrations are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll: the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform targeted towards CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement the data, business intelligence, platform integration, and AI models strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization by providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage platform integrations, particularly with CRM and affiliate systems, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing team of data and platform integration specialists.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development.

• Oversee the collection, storage, management, and integration of data across the organization, ensuring it is accurate, secure, and accessible.

• Implement and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, privacy, and security.

• Develop and maintain advanced BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI reports and insights to stakeholders, optimizing the use of data for decision-making.

• Lead advanced analytics projects to uncover actionable insights and trends from complex data sets.

• Collaborate with various departments to identify key business questions and design appropriate analytical and integration approaches to address them.

• Build and maintain a scalable data stack on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) that supports the organization’s growing data needs.

• Evaluate and implement the latest data, BI tools, and integration technologies to enhance the organization's analytical and operational capabilities.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the data/BI team and other business units to ensure alignment on data priorities, platform integration, and initiatives.

• Communicate complex data and integration concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of data, BI, and platform integration initiatives.

• Review and report on data and platform integration performance to senior management, ensuring that all systems work cohesively.

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or platform integration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

• Proven experience with CRM system integration, particularly with tools like Optimove and Xtremepush.

• Strong proficiency in data management and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data governance, and platform integration.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data and integration concepts to a non-technical audience.

• Track record implementing AI models including MLM and MLP.
