Job description
We’re looking for a Head of Commercial Growth to own the commercial growth engine behind HypeUp, our next-generation crypto casino and sportsbook.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be accountable for revenue growth, acquisition efficiency and partnership-driven scale, turning HypeUp into a leading brand within the crypto gambling ecosystem.
From pre-launch hype to global scaling, you will define how we acquire, monetise and retain players while ensuring every growth initiative is measurable, profitable and repeatable.
What You’ll Own & Do
Commercial Growth & Go-To-Market
Lead and execute HypeUp’s go-to-market strategy, building momentum through pre-launch campaigns, community hype and brand activations.
Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to retention and player lifetime value.
Partnerships & Commercial Deals
Own relationships with casino and sportsbook providers.
Drive and negotiate affiliate deals, including at industry events and conferences.
Build strategic partnerships across sports organisations, affiliates and external platforms.
Outbound & Acquisition Engine
Build and scale outbound growth systems (including DM outreach at scale).
Own affiliate program strategy and performance.
Structure and execute KOL / influencer partnerships that drive measurable growth.
Marketing Performance & ROI
Own budget allocation across all growth channels.
Decide which campaigns, deals and partnerships are profitable.
Work closely with the data team to track attribution, CAC, LTV and ROI.
Continuously optimise conversion funnels and acquisition efficiency.
Ecosystem Growth
Leverage existing platforms (CSGORoll, HypeDrop) to drive cross-platform acquisition and retention.
Identify and unlock new growth loops within crypto, gaming and betting communities.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in iGaming, crypto casinos, betting or adjacent high-performance growth environments.
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition with strong unit economics (CAC/LTV).
Deep experience with affiliate ecosystems, influencers and partnerships.
Strong commercial mindset — able to evaluate deals and allocate capital effectively.
Experience launching or scaling crypto-native / Web3 products.Highly data-driven with strong understanding of attribution, analytics and performance marketing.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and experimentation.
