⚡ Your Mission as a Head of Product:

You will be at the forefront of creating the most amazing Crypto Casino betting products. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of these groundbreaking products, shaping an unforgettable player experience. Your role will involve ensuring the platform remains innovative, engaging, and commercially successful. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll define the roadmap, oversee feature development, and optimize performance to maximize both revenue and user retention.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

• HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
  

You will:

• Develop and execute the product strategy for Casino & Sports Betting, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Own the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that enhance player engagement and retention.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and data teams to build and launch best-in-class iGaming experiences.

• Analyse user behavior, market trends and competitor insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

• Drive innovation in gameplay mechanics, gamification and betting experiences.

• Manage relationships with third-party providers, ensuring seamless integration of new games and sportsbook features.

• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and optimize performance.

• Leverage data and analytics to optimize player experiences, maximize revenue and improve lifetime value (LTV).

• Drive product growth through experimentation, A/B testing and iterative improvements based on player behavior insights.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, VIP and CRM teams to develop and execute VIP and retention strategies, leveraging CRM tools, loyalty programs and personalized gaming experiences to enhance player engagement and maximize lifetime value.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• Deep industry expertise with strong knowledge of both Casino and Sports Betting products, market trends and player behaviors.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Strategic leadership with experience in leading product teams and working with senior stakeholders to align business and product goals.

• Execution excellence with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact product initiatives.

• Innovation and creativity with a passion for creating unique, engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams across the organization.

• Comfortable working with APIs, sportsbook integrations, payment processors and scalable gaming infrastructures.

• Crypto & Web3 knowledge – Experience with blockchain technology, DeFi and crypto payments is a huge plus.
