🚀 Your mission as Head of Talent Acquisition!
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent across all departments. You will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and implementing best practices to attract, engage, and retain top talent. With a keen understanding of the industry and emerging trends, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a diverse and high-performing team.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and values. You will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs, identify strategic hiring priorities, and develop workforce plans to support business objectives.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage. You will implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to attract and engage top-tier talent, including passive candidates and diverse candidates.
  • Develop a data-driven Recruitment Process: Utilize data and key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize recruitment processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage in Employer Branding activities: You will develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance Ancient Gaming’s reputation as an employer of choice and partner with marketing and team to create compelling employer branding content and campaigns to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive external strategic Talent Acquisition Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with external talent sources to access diverse talent pools and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Represent the company on external recruitment events: Attend recruitment events (such as job fairs) in order to attract top talent, promote our employer brand, and represent the company.
  • Ensuring Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition and gaming to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Job requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in leadership/managerial talent acquisition roles, preferably within the iGaming/ E-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience within a fully remote work environment.
  • Previous experience working with different recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment outcomes and drive business results.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment technologies, and emerging trends in iGaming and technology industries.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
