⚡ Your mission as Marketing Project Manager:
You will be the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into well-executed campaigns, launches, and projects. Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Technical Project Managers, campaign owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple marketing functions.
You will be responsible for creating structure, improving processes, managing priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

You will:
Coordinate the delivery of campaigns, launches, and initiatives defined by Marketing Leadership and campaign owners.
Maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple marketing workstreams.
Work cross-functionally with teams responsible for Community Management, Social Media, Creative Production, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Retention, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention initiatives.
Run marketing stand-ups, project check-ins, and status meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
Track project progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
Support the Head of Marketing in managing priorities, roadmap execution, and team workflows.
Ensure deliverables are delivered on time and according to agreed scope.
Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting summaries, and action logs for internal stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, workflows, reporting, meeting actions, and project visibility using tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
Support the implementation and optimisation of project management tools, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
Work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans.
Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve future execution.
Maintain visibility of key milestones, deadlines, budgets, and team capacity across the marketing department.
Job requirements
You will excel in this role if you possess:
3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.
Experience working within iGaming, esports, gaming, or another fast-paced digital industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and driving accountability across teams.
Familiarity with marketing channels including content, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, partnerships, and paid media.
Experience using project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
