Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sourcer to support hiring efforts during a high growth period. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, engage and attract top talent across key roles within the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and engage candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (or sourcing-focused, depending on need)

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (agency or in-house)

• Experience hiring within iGaming, tech, or digital industries preferred

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

This is a 3 month contract role covering CET hours.
