🚀 Your mission as Senior FP&A Manager:

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will work directly with the executive team to provide critical financial insights and support high-level decision-making. You will oversee the annual budgeting process, develop sophisticated financial models for long-term strategic planning, and monitor financial performance to identify significant trends, risks, and opportunities. Additionally, you will manage cash flow, oversee treasury functions, and conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Chief Financial Officer in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve the company’s objectives
• Providing financial forecasts, budgets, and analyses to senior management
• Assisting in the development and execution of the annual budget and long-range financial plans
• Ensuring alignment of financial strategy with company goals and market condition
• Overseeing the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals
• Developing sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and long-term strategic planning
• Monitoring and analysis of financial performance, identifying significant trends, risks, and opportunities
• Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability
• Overseeing treasury functions, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment strategies
• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis of business operations, gaming metrics, and market conditions to support strategic decision-making
• Evaluating the financial impact of new product development, market expansion, and other strategic initiatives
• Providing detailed financial assessments for M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration
• Driving continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Implementing tools for the purposes of reporting and analysis
• Leading and mentoring the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development

You will thrive in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (ACCA or CPA qualifications will be considered as a strong plus)
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in the area of finance of which 3 years of experience within the FP&A field in a senior and/or team lead capacity role within a fast-paced tech industry environment
• Previous experience within the online gaming industry will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, XERO, BI tools, and FP&A software
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Good leadership and team management skills
