What You'll Do
Lead growth-focused design initiatives across our product portfolio, from initial concept to implementation and optimization
Transform data insights into design opportunities that improve conversion rates, retention metrics, and user satisfaction
Design and optimize key user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and monetization
A/B test everything – from small UI tweaks to completely reimagined user flows
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, developers and data analysts to identify opportunities and implement solutions
Mentor junior designers and elevate the overall quality of growth-focused design thinking across the organisation
