🚀 Your mission as a Senior TA Specialist!

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a pivotal player in the continuous growth of our team of amazing experts. You will bring your extensive expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from crafting job requirements to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. By building strong relationships with hiring managers, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, and partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will ensure we attract the best talent to drive our company’s success.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment process for assigned roles predominantly in both tech and general business space, from defining job requirements, and screening, to conducting interviews and assessments
  • Becoming a super user on our in-house ATS
  • Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and implement tools and strategies to improve the TA & EB processes
  • Being our ambassador and representing the company at online and on-site recruitment events
  • Attracting the right talent for our team in a resourceful way, including headhunting
  • Working closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders in defining the hiring processes for the active roles
  • Implementing strategies to ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and metrics, to provide insights to drive continuous improvement

Job requirements

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the Gaming/iGaming industry
  • Previous experience in recruiting for both tech and commercial (general) business roles
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as exceptional English language knowledge both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other online channels for employer branding
