⚡ Your Mission as Social Media Specialist:

You'll craft engaging content, manage our social media accounts, and interact with our vibrant gaming community. Your creativity and strategy will help us connect with gamers worldwide, driving brand engagement and excitement.


You will be working on:

    CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.


You will:

  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

  • Create relevant and engaging content taking into account factors including competitive research, platform determination, community engagement messaging, and audience identification.

  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.

  • Collaborate with the SEO specialist to suggest content optimization.

  • Collaborate with product design, web development, digital marketing, and product development teams.

  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.

  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

  • Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Job requirements

You will excel in this role if you possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Social Media Specialist, preferably within the gaming/iGaming, or related industries, using social media for brand awareness and impressions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field is desirable.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.

  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.

  • Excellent multitasking skills.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player.

  • Good time-management skills.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
