We are hiring a hands on, senior level Sportsbook & Esports Manager to fully own, operate and scale our online crypto casinos sportsbook vertical.

You will manage everything from provider integrations and odds strategy to promotional alignment, risk monitoring, performance optimisation and P&L ownership, particularly within crypto native environments.

What you’ll do:

• Take complete responsibility for the sportsbook and esports product lifecycle.

• Define and execute the sportsbook roadmap and scaling strategy.

• Serve as the company’s internal expert on all sportsbook matters.

• Lead integration of sportsbook providers, APIs, feeds and back office systems.

• Manage API configurations, market setup and operational workflows.

• Evaluate new providers and expansion opportunities.

• Monitor odds competitiveness and market positioning.

• Implement effective risk controls suited to crypto betting environments.

• Collaborate with marketing on event driven campaigns and tournament activations.

• Monitor liabilities, sharp action, and market movements.

• Structure odds boosts, leaderboard competitions, VIP incentives and promotions.

• Provide event calendars and betting insights to support acquisition and retention.

• Track and optimise KPIs: Handle, Margin, GGR, NGR, ARPU, Retention, LTV.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking across traditional and crypto sportsbooks.

• Optimise market coverage, UX flow, and betting depth.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of sportsbook operations experience within iGaming.

• Direct experience launching or scaling sportsbook products at startups or early-stage casinos.

• Strong understanding of crypto casino ecosystems.

• Proven experience integrating sportsbook providers from scratch.

• Deep expertise in risk management, odds structuring, and trading models.

• Experience owning and managing sportsbook P&L independently.

• High self-sufficiency and comfort operating without heavy structure or supervision.

• Strong analytical and execution capabilities.

• Passion for both traditional sports and esports betting.
