Job description
You will be the backbone of our internal IT and access systems, keeping our team productive, secure, and supported. You’ll take recurring IT headaches and turn them into automated, reliable workflows, while collaborating with TechOps on cloud and DevOps tasks. You’ll ensure devices, accounts, and permissions are consistent, auditable, and easy to manage.
You will be working on:
CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.
HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
Your Mission:
Manage internal IT: user accounts, devices, collaboration tools, VPN and core services.
Automate onboarding, role changes and off-boarding processes for speed and consistency.
Implement and maintain identity and access management: SSO, roles, groups, permissions and audits.
Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, turning recurring problems into automated solutions.
Define and enforce standards for endpoints, tools and internal workflows.
Support TechOps on Cloud, DevOps and security-related tasks intersecting with internal IT.
Job requirements
Your Superpowers:
Strong experience in internal IT operations and IAM.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell, APIs).
Knowledge of security best practices for access, endpoints, and internal systems.
Familiarity with cloud IAM concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation workflows.
Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience in fast-growing, distributed teams.
Device management/MDM expertise.
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) experience.
Monitoring, logging and incident response exposure.
Audit and compliance support experience.
SRE mindset applied to internal services: reliability, SLAs, continuous improvement.
