⚡ Your Mission as a VIP Manager:

As a VIP Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the VIP strategy, ensuring our most valued players receive an unparalleled, personalised experience. You will spearhead the development of VIP processes, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise the overall VIP journey. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering long-term loyalty and enhancing the value of our VIP segment.


You will be working on:

CSGORoll - the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in house custom built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing and PVP.

HypeDrop - a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles and customisable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionising the way people shop and win.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement VIP strategies to enhance engagement, retention and lifetime value of high value players.

  • Create and oversee tailored engagement plans, leveraging player data to provide personalised experiences and exclusive perks.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players, developing long term relationships to maximise engagement, retention and lifetime value

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including payments, product and support teams to enhance the VIP experience and deliver customised solutions

  • Define KPIs and measure success, ensuring VIP initiatives align with business goals and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with VIP customers through consistent communication via email, Telegram and other preferred channels

  • Maintain detailed records of player preferences to enhance future interactions and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, CRM, payments and product teams to ensure VIP players receive exclusive offers

  • Identify patterns in VIP concerns and suggest improvements to services, promotions and communication strategies

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in VIP management within the gaming or casino industry, with a track record of driving engagement and retention

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in setting up processes and managing a high-performing VIP team

  • Proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate VIP needs and deliver tailored solutions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long term relationships

  • Problem solving skills with a proactive and customer first approach

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate VIP players needs
